Discover Travel UG., here after referred to as "Discover Travel", provides these services to you, the customer, under the stipulation that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not intend to abide by these terms and conditions then you are engaging in the use of this site at your "own risk" and Discover Travel can not be held liable.
Personal and non-commercial use
This site is strictly for private, non-commercial use. You may not use this site and subsequent content for any illegal purpose. Discover Travel offers bookings only as affiliate to third party companies e.g. for hotel or ferry bookings and does not do any bookings itself. Discover Travel does not take responsibility for goods and services offered by us as consolidators for hotel partners or for any aspect of the external relationship between you and that hotel partner. Discover Travel does not accept liability for any loss, or damages incurred as a result of a purchase from this site or use of this site. Discover Travel does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on 'availability', quality or performance of products and services provided on this site or on sites of affiliate partners using the Discover Travel database and reservation system. Customers accept that in the event of being asked to cancel a booking in order to rebook for whatever reason, hotel availability may no longer be available or at the original price.
Although Discover Travel makes every effort to protect the site from infection by viruses or anything else that may have destructive or damaging properties, Discover Travel does not provide any warranty or guarantee.
Limit of liability
Discover Travel have also placed links to third parties e.g. travel insurance companies, on this website. Whilst we take the utmost care to put only quality links on this website, we have no control over the content of websites we link to and you agree that you use these websites at your own risk. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring as a result of using these links and we accept no responsibility for their content or your use of these web sites. We also distance ourselves from the sites that we link to.
Modification of Terms
Discover Travel reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered. Any changes made will be officially dated and shall therefore not effect any action or claim initiated prior to the date of said changes.

This agreement is subject to the governing laws of Germany. You hereby agree to consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Germany courts in all disputes arising from the use of this website.
